‘Business as usual’

We would like to reassure all our clients and resellers that we have adapted quickly to the challenges related to Covid-19, and that our current status is ‘business as usual’. We monitor our network on a regular basis. We are pleased to report that our suppliers have robust continuity plans and our servers are in data centres that are ISO 22301 accredited for business continuity.

All our staff members are working from home in line with government advice, thanks to our VOIspeed technology that allows you to work from home as if you were in the office.

Our technical support team are now helping those clients and resellers who are new to homeworking. As a guideline, we are recommending clients to use the VOIspeed User Interface on their computers, and advising each case on whether it would be best to take phones home or use the App. Please see this post to get started and contact us if you require further help.
