Two VOIspeed Resellers, one an IT support company and the other a software provider kindly agreed to go on camera and talk about VOIspeed giving you insight into the VOIspeed Partner Experience.
Adam MD of Fusion Telecom and Gary, MD of Marshall Info Tech, talked to us about their companies; their customers; their experience of VOIspeed and why they sell it!
Adam suggests that, like them, businesses with other software and services can sell VOIspeed to increase margins and revenues and make customers more sticky.
Gary introduces his company, a technical service provider based in central London. They provide IT support and specialise in companies involved in TV and film production.
Gary talks about his customers which typically are in the creative industries using Macs and PCs and are SMEs with 5 and 100 users.
Adam has clients with anything from 2 to 100 extensions and their target markets include contact centres in finance, travel and retail.
Gary reports that with VOIspeed their clients can be much more flexible to work from home or in the office and communicate wherever they are.
Adam explains how they create an edge over competition by adapting VOIspeed to different vertical markets.
Adam reports that over 4 years ago he selected VOIspeed as a PBX partner over other telecoms products as an exciting product with a great user interface which helped the sales process. Also VOIspeed had the flexibility for them to adapt it to their markets.
Gary explains they often inherit large difficult to manage phone systems and move them to VOIspeed platform for the technology and to guarantee the support levels their customers require.
Adam reports how VOIspeed helps them to respond quickly to customer needs: by accessing tools in the backend and the fact that VOIspeed’s support team know their product and respond quickly.
Adam reports that VOIspeed has come forward with remote desktop sharing extensive chat functions, embedding it into their outstanding PBX product, supporting remote working long into the future.
Adam touches on the variety of marketing channels they use to gain new VOIspeed clients: particularly Linked In, direct marketing and reaching out to existing clients using other technologies they sell.
Gary reports that they have full control of their client’s VOIspeed phone systems.
Adam explains how the VOIspeed User Interface supports the selling of VOIspeed and attracts users to use it as it is simple and fun!
