										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many companies (including some of our customers) are advising their customers to work remotely or are preparing for this eventuality.   <strong>The good news is that as a customer of VOIspeed you already have the capability of remote work using the VOIspeed App.     </strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Login to your VOIspeed User Interface </strong>(ask us your details if you do not have them)</li>
<li><b>Send your mobile number </b>and your VOIspeed extension to <a href="mailto:support@voispeed.co.uk">support@voispeed.co.uk</a></li>
<li><strong>Download the App</strong>. Ask each employee whether on Android or Apple to search VOIspeed and install the App.</li>
<li>Select your <strong>mobile as the main device</strong> on the App (NOT on the software running on your PC)</li>
<li>If you are part of a group and want your mobile to ring, then you may need to change your personal settings. Get in touch with us <a href="mailto:support@voispeed.co.uk">support@voispeed.co.uk</a></li>
<li><strong>To avoid feeling completely isolated upload a picture of yourself </strong>(possibly smiling!) to your User Interface and encourage others to do the same, as it will also appear on your App, and will help you feel more connected with other people</li>
<li><strong>Practise using the App.</strong>  At VOIspeed Ltd we do not all remote work at present but are practising using the App to take your calls… in case we have to!</li>

			<p>I’ll explain how it works:</p>
<p>On the <strong>VOIspeed App</strong> you have multiple features (phonebook, presence, call recording, etc.) and they all use your data connection (e.g. Wi-Fi or 4g). Therefore, they will ‘eat’ data from your monthly allowance. However, and this is the beauty of it, not a LOT of data compared to other Apps because any phone calls you make or receive will not be using data at all! These calls will always be made from your phone system which, do not forget, is safely hosted in the UK cloud and will not move from there wherever you travel. Therefore, any calls you will be making from your mobile will have many important features:</p>
<ul>
<li>The call made will <strong>display your office number</strong> and NOT your mobile number</li>
<li>When you receive a call, it will display <strong>the number people have called you on</strong> (are you running more than one business perhaps?)</li>
<li>Most important of all, all calls will originate from the UK and therefore will be included in your <strong>company bundle</strong>, regardless of where you are.</li>
</ul>
<p>Why then it is important to check with your mobile provider if you will be charged to receive calls on your mobile when abroad? To put it simply, it is because the mobile will always receive a call from your phone system that will be making a UK to UK call (i.e. both your phone system and mobile phone will have a UK number).</p>

<li><strong>User info:</strong>  where the name; and extension of the user is listed;</li>
<li><strong>Device in use:</strong> displays the mobile device currently in use.</li>

<p>The first window after the App login will show you a series of icons illustrating the features available when using this mobile extension:</p>
<p><strong>Phone </strong>icon is obviously for all those functions linked to the phone.  These include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>User list</strong></li>
<li><strong>Phone book</strong> with both contacts shared across the company and those stored in your mobile phone. Here you can also make any company contact as your favourite;</li>
<li><strong>List of all missed calls</strong>, together with the list of all inbound and outbound calls</li>
<li><strong>Keypad</strong> for making specific calls not linked to the previous ones.</li>
<li><strong>Chat</strong> widget identified by the icon has the Chat history feature activated already. This button enables you to a start new chat or group chats.</li>
</ul>

			<p><strong>International calling from your VOIspeed App</strong></p>
<p>When you make a call with the App, it is actually the phone system calling you.  When you then call a number (National or International) it is the phone server making the call, therefore all charges are applied to the company bill and not your mobile.</p>
<p>If you are using the App from another country whether you are charged or not depends on your mobile provider and how they charge for roaming calls.</p>
